Credit card purchase security statement
The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between a user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN), which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Terms of purchase
PURCHASE PROCESS: Once you find the product (s) you want, you need to select the size and quantity then click the ADD TO CARD button. When you have finished making your selection, clicking on the VIEW CARD in the upper left corner opens a page with an overview of all ordered products, then click on GO TO THE CASH REGISTER. When you click GO TO CASH, a new window will open with the fields you need to fill in (card details and address). If you pay by a card or pay by cash on delivery, fill in the fields (name, surname, and address) for the shipment to reach the desired address. Ordering and payments methods

Payment on delivery only for Bosnia and Herzegovina
When picking up a shipment that you previously ordered through our website www.danel.ba, payment of the order is made exclusively in cash in the currency of KM (CONVERTIBLE BRAND) in the courier's hands who brings you the shipment.
Payment by cards
You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro payment card. The issuing bank must authorize the card for online (Internet) payment.
When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the UniCredit Bank website, protected and secure for this payment method. At no time is your payment card information available to our system.
On this page, you need to enter the following information:
Card number, expiration date, and the CVC2 / CVV2 code, which you can read from your card.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
During the purchase, data security is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Unicredit Bank, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website.

A customer who uses the online card payment service through the Online Shop must meet the following conditions: Delivery of goods is possible on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, at the address specified in the order. Only the payment cardholder can make the payment.

Delivery
Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the shipment condition and, in case of damage, immediately advertise the product to the delivery person (an employee of the company that performs delivery). Seller disclaims all liability for damage that may occur during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after it has been sent within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. If the buyer refuses to receive the seller's goods, he has the right to demand from the buyer reimbursement of all costs related to delivery. The seller undertakes to ship to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to ship within 5 (five) working days. Once the courier (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and any delays and problems that may arise in connection with further handling and delivering the goods.

Complaints
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that corresponds to the product description listed on www. danel.ba The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the product's actual appearance, and the buyer can not advertise this segment.
The buyer is obliged to get acquainted with the technical condition and characteristics of the purchased product and to determine whether it is complete and that there is no damage. In case he notices, the buyer is obliged to immediately contact the seller on the number + 387-61-286-231, or send an e-mail with his data (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail contact@danel.ba and describe what you have a problem.
The seller is not responsible for damage caused as mechanical or thermal damage caused by the buyer's negligence (such as discoloration of the fabric due to prolonged sun exposure, use of unauthorized detergents), torn material, scratches, abrasion, or other damage.
Complaints of damage in transport
It is vital that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. Any damage during transport buyer is obliged to report within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If you notice such damage, do not sign the shipment's receipt or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all the pieces are accounted for, sign the consignment receipt.

Currency conversion statement
